established andrecognized spa and salons, or
licensed and experienced beauty professionals. In order to open an account, a
salon/spa must submit proof of existence by the means of the following: salon
license, professional license, vendors license for retail (resale) products.
Only authorized and/or trained salons and spas can use professional or sell
retail Vagheggi, Rica and CocoaThera products. Retail products are the only
permissible items to be sold at approved locations that carry Vagheggi, Rica and
CocoaThera products.
Professional products are not for resale. All products and promotional materials
are to be used solely by the salon/spa or individual named and addressed on the
invoice. At no time may any materials or products be resold or transferred to
another salon/spa without written consent from Sachmode International Inc.
By placing an order and for all future orders, you agree to accept all terms and
conditions mentioned above. In addition, you agree to accept Sachmode
International Inc. as your exclusive supplier for Vagheggi, Rica and CocoaThera
lines of products manufactured in
Italy and brought into the United Sates.
